This manual is designed to familiarize you with SEE and its policies as they affect projects under our sponsorship. It is also intended to acquaint you with the structural and management issues affecting nonprofit organizations. Both the project director and an additional project staff person should read through the complete manual. It is important that the materials and procedures described in the manual are thoroughly understood in order to avoid mistakes or misunderstandings which will be time-consuming to correct.
